Project Brief: 

The Animal Project was a project I did in a graphic design class. For the project I found an image online and created a beautiful and detailed illustration of a cassowary by tracing a bunch of shapes with the pencil tool. I worked hard on this project because I wanted to create a compelling image of a cassowary. The subject was picked to honor the cassowary that died at Brookfield Zoo. This illustration was exhibited in Dominican University’s Annual Juried Student Exhibition in 2022.
